On 24-25 March 2014 in Brussels EPHA launched the second part of its 6th 2013-2014 Professional Development Programme (PDP). This programme aims to train those new to the ’EU bubble’ to get an introduction to the European Union and more particularly to European health advocacy.

The skills that are developed in the PDP are based on EPHA’s practical experience of advocating for a European Civil Society network at EU level.
** The PDP is FREE for participants from EPHA MEMBER organisations - except travel and accommodation costs. For NON-EPHA MEMBER organisations, the participation fee is 150 € per person. Although most of the examples will be health-related, the skills that are developed can be used in most civil society organisations.
INTERESTED? Contact Javier Delgado at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to register or if you have any questions about EPHA’s Professional Development Programme.

"EPHA’s programme is a great way of scratching beneath the surface of EU policy-making, whilst at the same time, meeting people with similar roles across Brussels. Perfect for those wanting to work in the areas of health policy or communications," Fay Watson Secretary General, Europe Against Drugs.
