EPHA looking for an external evaluator for its work programme 2013

The objectives of the evaluation in 2013 are to:
 evaluate EPHA’s positioning in the European policy making environment, its wider stakeholder relationships (allies, coalitions, competitors, decision makers, etc…),
 the role of the Board and of EPHA governance structures,
 the depth of EPHA’s influence and reputation,
 its geographical and policy focus and impact,
 its membership involvement, as well as conduct an evaluation of EPHA communication strategy.

EPHA will expect a 360 degree view of the organisation as it has evolved, as it manages its tasks and as it faces the future.

Responses should address the following:

1. The proposed scope of the evaluation of EPHA for the period of 2013 2. Overview of your approach to the evaluation 3. Proposal for data gathering during the period 4. Indicative planning for the year.

Domains of expertise We are looking for proposals from individuals with one or more of the following evaluation expertise:

 Public health
 European public or regulatory affairs
 Civil society organisations with an advocacy mandate
 Communication with member organisations of an advocacy organisation

Duration 6 months. The expected evaluation should be competed and delivered at the end of January 2014.
