Monika joined EPHA in February 2008 and she leads the Secretariat. Monika represents EPHA and its member in its work with European policy and decision makers and provides an overall steer for the work programme and management of the Secretariat.

Luiza joined EPHA in March 2009 and is responsible for directing the political work of the organisation.

European Policy Manager
Anne joined EPHA in April 2010 and is responsible for overseeing the delivery of EPHA policy objectives and deliverables. She chairs the Policy Coordination Meetings and is responsible for the management of the delivery of advocacy stratregies for the various policy issues.

Global Health Manager
Frazer Goodwin has been working with European Public Health Alliance since February 2007 and is now Project Manager for Global Health managing EPHA’s contribution to Action for Global Health - a project coordinated by Action Aid International. This five year project aims to ensure an Effective European contribution to achieving the Millennium Development Goals, especially the three health related ones.

Sascha joined EPHA in September 2009. A dual German and Canadian citizen, he holds a Masters degree in Communication and Cultural Studies from York University (Toronto) focusing on EU migration issues. Agriculture & Health Manager
Robert Pederson has been working with EPHA since January 2010. He manages the Agriculture and Health project, EPHA’s contribution to the European Public Health and Agriculture Consortium. The goal of the project is to work towards a more health promoting Common Agriculture Policy (CAP).

Background
Tania joined EPHA in July 2010. An Italian national, Tania graduated in teaching from the Institut Roger Guilbert of Brussels and she also holds a postgraduate certificate in computer studies from the Institut Cooremans, also in Brussels.

Jo Jewell has been working for EPHA since September 2008. He graduated from Trinity College Dublin where he completed a degree in European Studies with Russian.

Dorota joined EPHA in May 2009. Alison joined EPHA in February 2010.
Background Alison Abrahams joined EPHA in February 2010 as the Membership and Communications Officer. The European Public Health Alliance (EPHA) Spring 2009 Internship application is now closed.
EPHA offers a new kind of internship :
A six-month traineeship (stage) for EU university graduates with a background on public health, European studies or social sciences working at EPHA office or at an EPHA member in Brussels.
