Call for tender - specialist legal and tax advice

The European Public Health Alliance (EPHA) has published a call for tender, asking for applicants to submit a quote for services in relation to tax and legal advice between the United Kingdom and Belgium.
The services will involve advising EPHA on tax and legal issues in relation to UK company law, Belgian AISBL law, cross-border taxation, charity law and VAT. Interested parties should contact Tania Orobello for further information.

Where we are

EPHA offices are located on :
rue de Trèves 49-51, B-1040 Brussels.
The offices are two minutes walking distance from the Maelbeek (line 1A-1B) metro station. Below you will find a high resolution plan of Brussels metro.
We are also an easy five minutes walk from the European Parliament and the Gare du Luxembourg.

The Annual General Assembly (AGA)
The European Public Health Alliance is an international not-for-profit association registered in Belgium (identification number : 5567/94, Annex to Moniteur Belge). According to the statutes, the Annual General Assembly convenes the membership once a year to discuss the broad policy of the organisation.

This article has been updated to include the results of the 360 degree review.
Over the summer period in 2009, EPHA conducted a 360 degree review of its activites in 2008 with its members. The purpose was to ensure that EPHA is meeting the needs of its members through its work and to help improve its activities and services.
