Health Development Agency’s inequalities on-line "Evidence Base" is an information resource developed by the UK Health Development Agency. It supports one of the Agency’s core functions, namely "to build and disseminate the evidence base for public health, focusing on reducing inequalities". Reducing inequalities in health - proposals for health promotion policy and action, Consensus statement of the European Committee for Health Promotion Development (ECHPD), World Health Organization, Regional Office for Europe. ECHPD includes 51 countries stretching from the West of Ireland to the eastern border of Russia. It meets every 18 months and produces reports and policy advice.
