’’A closer look at the legislative proposals on ‘information’ to patients: Making the right choice for Europe" will take place on Wednesday 2 December 2009 in the European Parliament.
’Information to Patients’ is one of the most discussed parts of the European Commission’s Pharmaceutical Package proposal currently under discussion at the European level.
On 2 December 2009, the event "A closer look at the legislative proposals on ‘information’ to patients: Making the right choice for Europe" will take place in the European Parliament. This event will provide a forum to discuss the proposal in more detail.
The meeting will be hosted and chaired by Dr Thomas Ulmer MEP (Germany, EPP) and Carl Schlyter MEP (Sweden, Greens) and take place from 12:30 - 15:00 in József Antall, Room 6Q1, 6th floor of the European Parliament.
Several EPHA member organisations are involved in this event, including Health Action International - Europe , the European AIDS Treatment Group and AGE-The European Older People’s Platform.
