Sascha Marschang

Policy Coordinator for Health Systems

Sascha joined EPHA in September 2009. A dual German and Canadian citizen, he holds a Masters degree in Communication and Cultural Studies from York University (Toronto) focusing on EU migration issues. Prior to working at EPHA he gained experience in public and private sector organisations in Brussels, Canada, and the U.K.

His policy portfolio includes health workforce issues, health tools (including eHealth and the digital agenda), health threats, and all other issues impacting on health services and systems. He is also following developments in complementary & alternative medicine (CAM).

He speaks fluent English, French and German, as well as intermediate-level Dutch.
