May 2003, EPHA Press Release - The new draft Treaty : a missed opportunity
The new draft of the Constitutional Treaty was published on Monday 26 May 2003 by the Convention Praesidium. Disappointingly, public health is not included in Article I-3 as an overall objective for the EU. This press release provides EPHA’s reaction to the draft document.
