Luiza Bara

Director of Policy and Strategy

Luiza joined EPHA in March 2009 and is responsible for directing the political work of the organisation.

Luiza steers EPHA’s policy development and strategic advocacy work and manages the organisation’s external relations and partnerships from a political perspective. She directs the work of the policy and advocacy team.

Background

Before joining EPHA, Luiza Bara has worked as senior manager in European platforms of NGOs. Her professional experience also includes working in national and European institutions, as well as the private sector. She has an academic background in political sciences and European policies.

Luiza speaks English, French, Romanian, Italian and Spanish.
