Debate in Brussels on the future of development cooperation policies
On 17 October 2008 The European Policy Centre organised a debate on the future of development cooperation policies. The debate saw presentations from Ambassador Mark Dybul, US Global AIDS Coordinator, and Jürgen Weimann, of the German Development Institute. There then followed a debate with representatives of UN agencies, the WHO, the European Commission, Member State representatives and NGOs including Frazer Goodwin of EPHA.
