The 2008 Annual General Assembly (AGA) and Policy Coordination Meeting (PCM) took place at North West of England House, Brussels on 19 June.
The morning was taken up with approval of the accounts, discussion of the annual report and voting on new members. 7 of the 8 candidate organisations were accepted. Information on new members will be published shortly.
At the end of the morning there was a vote for new members of the executive committee (ExCo). The candidates had to give a short talk on why they wanted to be members and what their priorities were. Over lunch the votes where counted and at the start of the afternoon session the new members of the ExCo where announced to be Gunter Shultz and Wim Vandevelde. The PCM took place on the afternoon of the 19th. The ExCo then moved to the EPHA offices to conclude the day.
