The European Public Health Alliance values your privacy and respects Belgian law of December 8, 1992 on “Privacy Protection in relation to the Processing of Personal Data” as modified by law of December 11, 1998 implementing Directive 95/46/EC, with particular respect to article 4.

This site is owned by the European Public Health Alliance, an international non-profit making association.

Information You Provide

Like many websites, this site actively collects information from its visitors both by asking you specific questions and by permitting you to communicate directly with us via e-mail, forums, and/or feedback forms. The personally identifiable information that you provide when subscribing to the EPHA newsletter or when registering as an EPHA Member is kept in a PHP List. The PHP List is shared with the Health and Environment Alliance (HEAL), formerly EPHA Environment Network (EEN). EPHA will not sell or rent your email to any organisation. Neither will we contact you for any other topic than public health.

The collection use and disclosure of information contemplated in the Privacy Policy may involve a transfer of the information to jurisdictions located outside your country of residence that may not have equivalent laws and rules regarding personally identifiable information. In these cases you will be asked to consent to such transfers and disclosures in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Access, Correction and Deletion

To keep personally identifiable information that you provide via this site accurate, current, and complete, please contact us as specified below. We will take appropriate steps to update or correct such information in our possession or to delete your information from our database. Please note that you can unsuscribe from our mailing lists and/or correct your contact details by using the link on the bottom of each email you receive from us.
