Enforcing Transatlantic Links Between Environmental NGO’s

The Health and Environment Alliance (HEAL, Europe) and the Collaborative on Health and the Environment (CHE, U.S.) have set up a partnership which aims to raise the level of public and professional dialogue on the impact of the environment on human health.

The partnership will focus on:
- Developing a stronger relationship with patients, health professionals and scientific organizations and individuals.
- Furthering precautionary approaches to the management of environmental contaminants.

How to participate

- HEAL/CHE-Europe List Serve: both members of HEAL and CHE can sign-up to the list serve, which is intended to discuss the environmental and health science agenda in Europe, and to identify opportunities for collaborative engagement within emerging opportunities. To register visit HEAL’s website

- Join the Collaborative on Health and the Environment: the CHE is a network of individuals and organizations working on the links between human health and environmental factors. Joining the CHE costs nothing and it provides you and your organisation the opportunity to participate in conference calls, working groups and other projects http://www.healthandenvironment.org/
