Policy & Advocacy Officer
Frazer has been working with EPHA since February 2007. He is a policy and advocacy officer working on global health issues and provides EPHA’s contribution to the European Network on Global Health - a project coordinated by Action Aid International. This five year project aims to ensure an Effective European Contribution to achieving the Millennium development goals, especially the three health related ones.
Background
Frazer received a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Human Ecology from Huddersfield Polytechnic in 1990 and then received his Masters degree in the same subject from the Flemish Free University of Brussels in 1993. He subsequently worked in development and environmental NGOs, the European Commission, and latterly in transport related NGOs.
