It will take place in Basel (Switzerland) from Thursday, 11 October until Saturday, 13 October 2007. The conference will present an overview of what has been achieved and what still needs to be done en route to a tobacco-free Europe. The main objective is to analyse what the situation with tobacco control in Europe look like, paying especially attention to the situation of the new Member States.
The 2007 conference is addressed to health organisations, tobacco control stakeholders and healthcare professionals working on prevention.
