The WHO invites academic institutions, research departments, professional associations, NGOs and representatives of the industry, trade and agricultural sectors to express their opinion on the type of interventions that are needed at nationale, regional, and global levels to reduce alcohol consumption.

The objectives are to provide the WHO with more information on the different stakeholders perceptions of the problems. The information collected will not develop standards and norms but will support the WHO in assessing the issue.

Any submission will be made public with an indication of the source. Statements must represent the views of an organisation and not represent any personal opinion.
