EPHA’s Strategic Plan 2011 - 2015
Please find below EPHA’s Strategic Plan for the period 2011 - 2015. The document has been approved in December 2010 by the General Assembly.
The Strategic Plan 2011-2015 sets out the organisation’s aims, objectives, policy, strategy and implementation in a form which seeks above all to communicate its purpose and direction.
EPHA is a unique organisation; through its experience, contacts and connections it can inform on the constantly evolving political environment of health in Europe.
Through its policy and actions it can be anticipatory. Above all, through an alert and flexible stance EPHA makes an effective contribution to all debates touching on the issue of public health and it can ensure that its members’ views are put to decision makers at appropriate points in the process.
The Five Year Strategic Plan is complemented by EPHA’s 2011 Business Plan.
