He is the author of more than 250 articles, reports, and presentations on various aspects of tobacco control. Among other achievements, his work on Belgium’s tobacco advertising ban, European Union tobacco subsidies, and international tobacco smuggling has established him as an expert on tobacco control policy, a relentless activist, and a versatile leader in the international tobacco control movement.
