Entitled ‘Preventing risks - our responsibility’, it aims to open a forum where all actors (eg employees, managers, healthcare professionals, and trade unions) can exchange best practice and debate over addictions and alcohol abuses at the workplace.
A forum has been set up on ANPAA website to stimulate discussion and exchange.
Multi-disciplinary professional teams will also visit entreprises in order to raise awareness and implement successful examples of best practices to prevent alcohol and substance abuses at the workplace.
Within this framework, a national conference will be organised on the 03 May 2006 in Paris. It will focus on four key themes:
Evolution and trends of alcohol and drug consumption at the workplace;
Responsabilities and prevention opportunities - Attitudes of human resources directions and managers towards risks behaviours as well as legislative evolution;
Prevention: Exchange of experience;
Results of a national survey on alcohol and drug consumption at the workplace.
