Creating a healthy workplace: a new leaflet by the Royal College of Physicians of the UK

The Faculty of Public Health of the Royal College of Physicians of the UK recently compiled a leaflet on the creation of a healthy workplace.


Aimed at both employers and employees, the leaflet:

- provides a convincing argument as to why healthy workplaces make good business sense;
- briefly sets out the legal requirements for employers;
- lists resources for practical help in implementing advice in eight areas relating to health in the workplace.

A supplementary guide has also been produced for occupational safety and health professionals and employers.
