Alcohol Concern is organising its Annual Conference and AGM, at Glaziers Hall, London, on 2 November 2004. The title of the conference is ’A New Agenda: Moving Forward in the post-Alcohol Strategy’.
In 2004, after years of campaigning from the field, the UK government finally published the Alcohol Harm Reduction Strategy for England. Just over six months later, Alcohol Concern’s annual conference provides an ideal opportunity for all people working in treatment, crime and disorder, housing and health, to hear from those involved in progressing the strategy, explore its implications, and debate the next steps.
